What types of payment does AZOOYA accept?

Due to the current events looming, there are constraints from our carriers. Therefore, shipments are expected to be delayed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How do I return a product?

You are eligible to return your unused product and obtain a full refund within 14 days (after when your order is delivered). Refunds will be initiated and sent via your original payment method (except cash on delivery*) after 7-10 days of AZOOYA obtaining your return. If you wish to return your order, please send an e-mail with your purchase order number to admin@azooya.com and an AZOOYA agent will be in touch. Also, it is important to note that you will be solely responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How long will my order be processed for and is there a way to know when it has been shipped?

When your order has left the warehouse, you will be notified of a shipping notice via e-mail. AZOOYA Orders aredischarged from Monday through Saturday. When being placed, most of the orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Due to the current events looming, there are constraints from our carriers, therefore, shipments are expected to be delayed.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail when the order is shipped. The confirmation e-mail will also provide tracking information from the right carrier.

My order never arrived/there is a problem with my shipment - what should I do?
